Yes, we carry liability insurance above state requirements. We provide a copy for every event if requested.

TENTS are based on 1 day rentals. They are delivered 1-2 days before your event date and picked up 1-2 days after you event. (We do also have multi day options for tents.)


INFLATABLES are based 1 day rentals. (We do also have multi day options for inflatables). They will be between 8AM – 1:30PM and ready to use by 2PM. PICKUP will be the next day, as early as 8am. If you need and earlier guaranteed setup time, we offer EARLY ARRIVALS. These timeslots are limited and there is a $60 fee applied. Call us if you need  and EARLY ARRIVAL.

Deposits are non-refundable, if your event must be cancelled due to weather you can reschedule or you will be issued a rain check that can be used within the next 365 days. In cases such as:

💨 High winds over 15 MPH
🌡Temperatures below 40 degrees
❄ Ice or Snow on the ground
☔ Steady precipitation expected all day
⛈ Thunder, lightening or a 70% chance of severe weather the day of the event
You must notify us no later than 8PM the evening prior to delivery if you are cancelling due to weather

Please clear the area of all rocks, sticks or any other sharp objects. A 15 amp electrical outlet within 75′ of each inflatable is required. We will be driving stakes in the ground so the possibility of hitting a shallow phone line or irrigation line is rare, but possible.  Please make us aware of any underground utilities that you think could be a concern and we will do our best to avoid these areas.

We deliver within 30 miles of our Medina warehouse. Delivery fees may apply (free-$60)

If you need to cancel or change the date of your INFLATABLE RENTAL, you must tell us in writing at least 14 days before your event (or the night before if the weather is bad). If you let us know on time, we will move your payment to a new date or give you a “rain check” (credit) to use within a year. New dates depend on availability. If you cancel for a reason other than weather and don’t give 14 days’ notice, you won’t get a refund or credit. If you cancel after they start setting up, you won’t get a refund, a new date, or any credit.

If you need to cancel or change the date of your TENT RENTAL, you must tell us in writing at least 30 days before your event. If you let us know on time, we will move your payment to a new date or give you a “rain check” (credit) to use within a year. New dates depend on availability. Tent rentals are NOT canceled because of the weather.

Yes we have a minimum rental subtotal of $200 for delivery. We currently do not offer customer pickup on any items.
