Yes, we carry liability insurance above state requirements. We provide a copy for every event if requested.

Weekend Service Policy
Medina Tent Rentals does not provide standard setup or pickup services on weekends. However, weekend delivery or pickup may be arranged as a time-sensitive order, based on availability. In these cases, a 2-hour delivery AND/OR pickup window will be provided, and a $75 fee will apply to each service option
Clear the area – Make sure the space where the tent will be set up is free of furniture, vehicles, toys, or other obstacles.
Mow or trim the grass – A freshly cut lawn helps with leveling and creates a cleaner look under the tent.
Mark your spot – Identify exactly where you’d like the tent placed, keeping in mind walkways, driveways, and access for guests.
Utility lines – Let us know if there are any underground sprinklers, septic systems, or utility lines in the setup area so we can avoid them when staking the tent.
Accessibility – Ensure our crew has a clear path to bring in equipment. If fencing, gates, or narrow spaces are a concern, let us know ahead of time.
We deliver within 40 miles of our Medina warehouse. Delivery fees apply ($10-$90)
If you need to cancel or change the date of your TENT RENTAL, you must tell us in writing at least 30 days before your event. If you let us know on time, we will move your payment to a new date or give you a “rain check” (credit) to use within a year. New dates depend on availability. Tent rentals are NOT canceled because of the weather.
Yes we have a minimum rental subtotal of $170 for delivery. We currently do not offer customer pickup on any items.
Yes, unlike tents staked into grass or soil, tents on concrete need to be secured with heavy-duty concrete ballasts. These weights anchor the tent safely without causing any damage to your driveway or patio. There is an additional fee for this setup.
