This layout seats up to 80 guests while retaining covered space for a buffet, desserts, gifts, beverages, decorations, or comfortable guest circulation.

Delivery & Setup Details
Tent installation and breakdown are included. Tables and chairs are delivered clean and stacked for customer placement. Optional table and chair setup and breakdown service is available.
Approximately 26′ × 46′ of clear setup space is required. Driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces require concrete ballast for an additional fee.

20'X40' High Peak Frame Tent Our 20x40 High Peak tents are great for weddings, outdoor parties, corporate events, or any special occasion. This tent will seat 100 guests at maximum capacity. We recommend using our 12-8ft banquet tables (seats 96) under the tent. Our tents are always anchored safely and properly installed. If accommodating a bar area and/or buffet-style catering this tent can seat 50 guests with buffet-style catering and/or dance floor.

Concrete Blocks to Hold Down Tents
If you want your tent set up on a driveway, patio, or pavement, we can’t use stakes in the ground. Instead, we use heavy concrete blocks to hold the tent down and keep it safe.
👉 There is an extra fee for using these blocks because they are very heavy and take more time and equipment to set up. Please ensure you select the proper surface at checkout.
White Folding Chair Our premium white folding chairs offer comfortable, reliable seating for any event — from backyard parties and graduation celebrations to weddings, showers, and corporate gatherings. With a 450 lb. weight capacity, these chairs provide sturdy support while maintaining a clean, elegant look that pairs perfectly with our tents and tables.
Chairs are delivered neatly stacked for easy placement.
