How It Works

  1. 1. Request a Quote
    Tell us your event date, location and guest count.
  2. 2. We Deliver to Your Garage
    Your tables and chairs are delivered in stacks to your garage or another accessible ground-level storage area 1–2 days before your event.
  3. 3. Set Up Your Seating
    Move and arrange the tables and chairs wherever you'd like them for your event.
  4. 4. Return Everything to the Garage
    After your event, fold and stack the tables and chairs back in the designated garage or pickup area.
  5. 5. We Pick It Up
    We'll return 1–2 days after your event and pick everything up.

Garage Delivery & Pickup

Standard table and chair rentals include garage delivery and pickup. Tables and chairs are delivered in stacks to your garage or another accessible ground-level storage area. You are responsible for moving the equipment to your event area, setting it up and returning it to the designated pickup location after your event unless setup and breakdown services are added to your order.

Delivery-Only Table & Chair Rentals

Medina Tent Rentals provides delivery-only table and chair rentals. Customer pickup is not available.

Standard delivery is to a garage or accessible ground-level storage area. Setup and breakdown are available as optional add-ons.
